This study focused on 117 of the 220 Carex taxa native to Korea (NLSK, 2024 and Son et al., 2025).
The selection criterion was the availability of specimens at the herbaria of Sungshin Women's University (SWU) and the Korea National Arboretum (KH) for direct observation.
